目的测量一术中放疗用加速器的工作场所辐射水平,以确保医用辐射安全。方法在加速器运行时按三种不同状态分别测定手术室周围房间的辐射水平。结果治疗床无模拟体时,加速器运行会导致周围辐射水平大幅升高,最大为56.5μGy/h。治疗床放置模拟体后,加速器运行会导致周围辐射略有上升,若在治疗床下同时放置5cm厚有机玻璃板,周围辐射水平基本无变化。结论该放疗加速器在实施治疗时其工作场所无需特殊防护,周围辐射水平满足国家相关标准要求。
Objective To measure the level of radiation in the workplace of a radiotherapy accelerator to ensure medical radiation safety. Methods Three different states were used to determine the level of radiation in the room around the operating room during accelerator operation. Results When there was no mimic body in the treatment bed, the accelerator operation resulted in a sharp increase in the level of surrounding radiation with a maximum of 56.5 μGy / h. After placing the simulated body in the treatment bed, the accelerator operation will lead to a slight increase in the surrounding radiation. If the 5cm thick organic glass plate is placed under the treatment bed at the same time, the radiation level around the body will be basically unchanged. Conclusion The radiotherapy accelerator in the implementation of the treatment of its workplace without special protection, the surrounding radiation level to meet the relevant national standards.
