将生产上相互紧密联系的各单位予以合并,可以消除妨碍合理利用各种生产潜力的行政界限,并使精簡管理机构成为可能。現在我們把莫斯科磨床厂将三个車間(总装配車間、部件装配車間和电气安装車間)实行合并的經驗介紹如下: 部件装配車間是装配机床部件的,是进行装配工作的;电气安装車間是安装机床上的电气設备的;总装配車間是直接承接上述两个車間的工作出产装配好的整个机床的。每个車间都有自己的管理机构,各自有单独的生产計划并編有自己的工作进度表。部件装配車間和电气安装車間进行工作并不顧及到成品装配工作的进度表。但是,它們之間的工作是必須紧密地相互配合的:装配部件应該是成套的,它不仅要根据机床的总数,而且也应考虑到正在装配中的机床。
The consolidation of units that are closely linked in production can eliminate the administrative boundaries that impede the rational use of various production potentials and make it possible to streamline management institutions. Now we introduce the experience of combining the three workshops (assembly workshop, component assembly workshop and electrical installation workshop) in the Moscow Grinding Machine Factory as follows: The assembly workshop of the parts is the assembly of machine parts and the assembly work; the installation workshop of the electrical installation is The electrical equipment on the machine tool; the assembly workshop is to directly undertake the work of the above two workshops to produce the assembled machine. Each workshop has its own management organization, each has its own production plan and has its own work schedule. The parts assembly shop and electrical installation shop do not take into consideration the schedule of the assembly work. However, the work between them must be closely intertwined: the assembly parts should be packaged, not only based on the total number of machine tools, but also on the machine tools being assembled.
