试验研究了气固两相流流过压气机平面叶栅时 ,叶栅表面压力分布随粒子浓度、叶栅进口气流速度和冲角改变而变化的规律。结果表明 :随着粒子浓度、气流速度升高 ,叶栅表面的气相与纯气流的压力之间的差别增大 ;冲角不同叶栅表面的气相相对纯气流的压力系数变化规律不同。文中还对栅后沿栅距分布的气流速度进行了测量 ,发现气相速度在叶片附近不同于纯气流速度。
Experimental study of the gas-solid two-phase flow through the compressor plane cascade, the pressure distribution on the surface of the cascade with the particle concentration, inlet flow rate and angle of change of cascade law. The results show that with the increase of particle concentration and air velocity, the difference between the pressure on the surface of the cascade and the pressure of the pure gas increases. The variation of the pressure coefficient on the relative pure gas flow at different angles of incidence is different. The paper also measured the gas flow velocity along the grid after grid spacing and found that the gas velocity is different from the pure gas flow velocity near the blade.
