通过对YB674,YB675和YB676三个标准中,关于磁粉检验钢材发纹章节的分析,并与美国AMS2300和AMS2301两个标准进行比较,发现AMS标准试样检验结果更能代表钢材的质量,且AMS标准对发纹的验收规定更具有合理性。作者认为采用AMS标准更利于钢材质量的控制,在钢材制造和使用方面,不会造成混乱。希望组织力量,制订适合我国国情的航空铜纯洁度磁粉检验标准。
Through the analysis of three chapters of YB674, YB675 and YB676, the comparison of the two chapters of the AMS2300 and AMS2301 for the magnetic particle inspection shows that the test results of the AMS standard sample can better represent the quality of the steel, and the AMS The standard for the acceptance of hair lines more reasonable.
