针对一般Al-Ti中间合金中TiAl_3常以粗大长条状存在、对铝合金的细化作用较差的问题,以Al-5Ti-B合金来改善Al-4Ti中间合金组织及其变质效果。分别从Al-5Ti-B合金的用量、尺寸及Al-4Ti合金浇注温度等方面研究了加入Al-Ti-B对Al-4Ti合金组织及其变质效果的影响。结果表明:将Al-4Ti合金在1150℃时浇入铺有单屑尺寸为长25~35 mm×宽3~4 mm的Al-5Ti-B合金屑的金属铸模中,能够得到TiAl_3长度为10μm左右、呈短棒或小块状均匀分布的Al-4Ti合金;此Al-4Ti变质剂对Al-Cu合金具有良好的变质细化作用。
Al-5Ti-B alloy to improve the Al-4Ti master alloy microstructure and its metamorphic effect, in view of the general Al-Ti master alloy TiAl_3 often present in a long strip of coarse aluminum alloy refinement of the problem. The effects of Al-Ti-B addition on the microstructure and modification of Al-4Ti alloy were studied respectively from the aspects of the amount and size of Al-5Ti-B alloy and the pouring temperature of Al-4Ti alloy. The results show that when the Al-4Ti alloy is cast at 1150 ℃ into a metal mold with Al-5Ti-B alloy chips with a single chip size of 25 ~ 35 mm long and 3 ~ 4 mm wide, a TiAl_3 with a length of 10μm Al-4Ti alloy with a short rod or small block shape is uniformly distributed. The Al-4Ti modifier has a good metamorphic refining effect on the Al-Cu alloy.
