对饥饿 1~ 4周的养殖鲈的比肝重、比胃重、比盲囊重和比肠重以及这些器官的蛋白酶活力的变化进行了研究。结果表明饥饿 1~ 4周对养殖鲈比胃重、比盲囊重和比肠重均没有影响 ,但比肝重显著下降 (p<0 0 1)。饥饿使胃、盲囊、肠道和肝脏的蛋白酶活力均有明显下降 ,饥饿 4周后 ,胃、盲囊、肠道和肝脏蛋白梅活力分别为正常组的 2 9 80 % ,2 4 14 % ,2 4 72 %和 14 71%。
The specific body weight, specific stomach weight, specific weight of bladder and intestinal specific gravity, and changes in protease activity of these organs in shrimp fed with starvation for 1 to 4 weeks were studied.
