针对奥氏体不锈钢连铸圆坯生产中出现较严重的纵裂、结疤、皮下夹渣等表面缺陷,经过试验对比和分析研究,找出了产生上述缺陷的主要影响因素。通过合理控制钢水浇注温度、选用适宜的连铸保护渣及浸入式中包水口,大大减少了不锈钢连铸圆坯的表面缺陷,各种缺陷比例均控制在4%以下,铸坯表面质量得到明显改善。
Aiming at the serious surface defects such as longitudinal split, scarring and subcutaneous slag inclusion in the production of austenitic stainless steel continuous casting round billet, the main influencing factors of the above defects were found through the experimental comparison and analysis. By reasonably controlling the temperature of molten steel pouring, the suitable continuous casting mold flux and immersed water inlet were adopted, which greatly reduced the surface defects of the continuous casting round billet of stainless steel, and all kinds of defects were controlled below 4%, the surface quality of the billet was obviously improve.
