液膜式静电沉降器,是为探测水冷却堆元件包壳破损而研制的。其特点是将气水分离器、沉降器和探测器三者合为一体,靠元件冷却水的喷射使载气自动循环,并靠中心电极表面流动的水膜传输沉降物。设计了三种不同的型式,在专用的试验回路上,对模拟元件破损的铀样品球进行测量。测定了该沉降器的灵敏度、饱和沉降器电压、信号增长速度、沉降物驱除速度和沉降物成分等数据。试验证明该沉降器具有灵敏度高,简便、可靠和经济等优点。
Liquid film electrostatic precipitator, is to detect the water cooled reactor cladding components of the damage developed. The utility model is characterized in that the gas-water separator, the settler and the detector are integrated and the carrier gas is automatically circulated by the injection of the cooling water of the component, and the sediment is transported by the water film flowing on the surface of the central electrode. Three different designs were designed to measure uranium sample spheres with broken analog components on a dedicated test circuit. The sensitivity of the settler, the voltage of the saturated settler, the signal growth rate, the sediment removal rate and the sediment composition were measured. Experiments show that the settler has the advantages of high sensitivity, simplicity, reliability and economy.
