从近几年语文教改的现状看,农村的语文教改比城市慢得多。原因何在?我们从语文教师教改的心理角度,对我县35所农村中学的285名教师进行了调查,找到了某些方面的原因。一、心理现状调查表明,农村中学语文教师的教改心理大致有五种类型: 1.创造心理。属于这一类型的有40人,占14%。这部分教师善于独创和批评性思维,喜欢比较,敢于创新,善取别人之长,补自己之短。
From the current situation of language teaching reform in recent years, the language teaching reform in rural areas is much slower than in the city. What are the reasons? We have investigated 285 teachers in 35 rural middle schools in our county from the psychological perspective of language teacher education and found some reasons. I. The psychological status survey shows that there are roughly five types of teaching reform in rural middle school language teachers: 1. Creating psychology. There are 40 people belonging to this type, accounting for 14%. This part of the teacher is good at originality and critical thinking, likes to compare, dare to innovate, take the length of others, make up for their own short.
