目的分析中西医结合治疗幼年类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院1996年以来采用中西医结合治疗的24例幼年类风湿性关节炎的临床资料。结果 10例患儿服药7天后体温正常,关节肿痛明显减轻,14例患儿服药2周后体温正常,关节肿痛症状明显减轻。21例患儿3年内病情稳定。结论中西医结合治疗幼年类风湿关节炎疗效确切,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Methods The clinical data of 24 juvenile rheumatoid arthritis patients treated with TCM and WM since 1996 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 10 days of treatment, 10 cases of children with normal body temperature and joint pain were relieved. After 14 weeks of treatment, their body temperature was normal and their symptoms of joint swelling and pain were relieved. 21 cases of children with stable condition within 3 years. Conclusion Integrative treatment of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis has definite effect and low recurrence rate, which deserves clinical promotion.
