介绍了利用“三出口”萃取工艺的优化理论进行工艺设计并一步放大应用到重稀土分离流程的工业试验上。从而大大地缩短了新工艺应用于生产的周期,节省了小试、扩试所需的人力、物力;成功地研制了一条适应南方稀土经分组和HA提取Y2O3后得到的低钇重稀土在P507-HCl体系中的分离工艺流程。
This paper introduces the process design using the optimization theory of the “three exit” extraction process and further amplifies the industrial experiment applied to the process of heavy rare earth separation. Thus greatly shortening the cycle of the new process applied to the production and saving manpower and material resources required for the small test and the extension test. A low-yttrium heavy rare earth rare earth that has been obtained after the grouping of the southern rare earths and the Y2O3 extraction from the HA has been successfully developed, -HCl system separation process.
