为研究充填法开采对复合顶板受力及变形规律的影响,运用三维模拟软件3DEC进行数值计算,建立了数值计算模型,采用4种不同的充填方案,从顶板岩层应力分布和顶板岩层位移分布两方面分析了不同充填条件下复合顶板的受力及变形规律。研究表明充填开采后采空区的应力较大,充填体承担了工作面前方煤体的较大部分支承压力,有效控制地表沉陷,进而减轻对煤巷的破坏。
In order to study the influence of filling method on the stress and deformation of composite roof, 3DEC numerical simulation software 3DEC was used to calculate the numerical calculation model. The numerical calculation model was established. Four different filling schemes were used to calculate the stress and deformation of roof. In this paper, the stress and deformation of composite roof under different filling conditions are analyzed. The research shows that the stress of gob area after filling and mining is relatively large. The filling body takes up most of the supporting pressure of the coal body in front of the working face, effectively controls the surface subsidence and thus reduces the damage to the coal lane.
