混凝土泵车和起重机等工程机械的臂架长、孔距大(从4m到12m)。批量生产中,保证孔距和孔的平行度十分重要。目前,大多数是在卧式镗床上两次装夹工件,通过校正来加工臂架上的孔。这样,成本高、工效低,而且不能满足精度要求。为了保证孔距精度和平行度,可用下述两种方法。(1) 用组合机床通用部件制造专用机床由于产品规格多,为满足多种臂架孔的加工,专用机床是十分昂贵的,而且制造周期较长。(2) 本文推荐的方法,用两台摇臂钻床和一块大平板来加工臂架孔,如附图所示。
