在步履式顶推施工中,应控制箱梁的横向偏位,并及时进行纠偏。利用箱梁横向偏位监测体系,对步履式顶推施工过程中的箱梁横向偏位进行全过程监测,并分析每次顶推循环后箱梁横向偏移量的统计规律,为横向纠偏阈值的选择提供理论依据。分析结果表明:单次顶推循环后的横向偏移量具有随机性,呈类似正态分布;单次偏移量与累积偏移量相关,当累计偏移量较小时,两者呈线性关系;当累计偏移量达到一定时,两者呈非线性关系。利用背景工程的左右幅测试结果对比,验证纠偏阈值选择的正确性。
