以加压0.493~1.474MPa条件下测定的116个窄馏分汽液平衡常数(K值)为基础,回归提出了加压条件下中原原油馏分油汽液平衡常数的关联计算式,同时考察了SRK、SHBWR方程及C-S、CS-SRK、G-S、GS-SRK关联等6种加压平衡模型对中原原油馏分油汽液平衡计算的适用性。结果表明,在6种加压模型中,SRK方程对K值及温度的预测偏差最小,K值的平均相对偏差为10.1%,温度的平均绝对偏差为6.5K。由本文提出的回归关联式计算所得的K值的平均相对偏差为6.8%。
Under the pressure of 0.493 ~ 1.474MPa under the conditions of 116 narrow fractions of the vapor-liquid equilibrium constant (K value) based on the regression of the Central Plains crude oil distillate distillate vapor-liquid equilibrium constant correlation formula, and investigated SRK , The SHBWR equation and CS, CS-SRK, GS, GS-SRK correlation, etc. are used to calculate the vapor-liquid equilibrium of Central Plains crude oil distillate. The results show that the SRK equation has the smallest predicted deviation of K value and temperature, the average relative deviation of K value is 10.1% and the average absolute temperature deviation is 6.5K. The average relative deviation of K values calculated by regression correlation proposed in this paper is 6.8%.
