这个世界正在发生着深刻的变革,中国也适时提出了经济发展的新常态,在今年的博鳌,习近平明确指出我国的经济发展不能只看增长率,而是从高速增长转向中高速增长,从规模速度型粗放增长转向质量效率型集约增长,从要素投资驱动转向创新驱动。这些都给我们的企业提出了新的更严峻的挑战。相对于发达的沿海和东部地区,国家近几年把发展重点放在西部。这些给了我们这样的公路设计企业提供了更多的发展机会。企业要生存、发展就要创造效益,效益的获得一是增加收入,二是成本的控制。本文着重针对企业在降低经营成本的问题上提出了一些想法和见解。也望以此文和大家在成本管理的问题上有所探讨。
The world is undergoing profound changes. China has also timely proposed the new normal for economic development. In this year’s game, Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that China’s economic development cannot be limited to growth rates, but shifts from high-speed growth to medium- and high-speed growth. The rapid growth of speed has shifted to the intensive growth of quality efficiency, from the driving of factor investment to the drive of innovation. All these have brought new and more severe challenges to our company. Compared with the developed coastal and eastern regions, the country has focused its development on the west in recent years. These have given us such road design companies more opportunities for development. To survive and develop, enterprises must create benefits. One of the benefits is to increase revenue, and the other is the control of costs. This article focuses on the company’s ideas and insights on reducing operating costs. It is hoped that this article will be discussed with everyone on the issue of cost management.
