随着媒体微博的逐渐兴起,它以传统媒体的新形态在公共事件中开始发挥着议程设置和舆论引导功能。本文以“4·15”幼童香港小便事件为例,通过该公共事件的微博传播过程,分析媒体微博通过发布公共事件信息微博和设立微话题等方式参与公共事件及设置公共议程。分析媒体微博通过设立微话题的舆论导向功能。值得反思的是,对香港媒体报道反击的微博舆论升级,导致微博舆论失控,加深了内地和香港地区民众间的隔阂。本文针对新媒体环境中公共事件的舆论引导问题提出建议和策略。
With the gradual rise of the media microblogging, it started to play the role of agenda setting and media guidance in public events with a new form of traditional media. This paper takes “4 · 15” urinating children in Hong Kong as an example. Through the process of microblogging dissemination of public events, this paper analyzes the media microblogging participation in public events and setting public by publishing public events such as Weibo and micro-topics Agenda. Analysis of the media Weibo through the establishment of micro-topics of public opinion-oriented features. It is worth recalling that the escalation in the microblogging media coverage of Hong Kong media led to the loss of control over Weibo media and deepened the gap between the public in the Mainland and Hong Kong. This article puts forward suggestions and strategies for the public opinion guidance of public events in the new media environment.
