本文结合生产经验,介绍了球铁连杆的热处理工艺及生产现场行之有效的一套质量控制方法。实践证明,在首先保证铸件质量的前提下,采用部分奥氏体化正火工艺,连杆的强韧性好,使用安全可靠。对现行技术条件的合理性进行了探讨。认为球铁的脆性问题不在珠光体,因此过分严格控制珠光体量,显然不合理。对95系列高速柴油机杆连球铁件热处理后的技术规范推荐为:6_b大于等于70kg/mm~2,δ_(?)大于等于2%,ak大于等于1.5kgfm/Cm~2,HB230-280,珠光体量大于等于70%.
In this paper, combined with production experience, introduced the heat treatment process of the ductile iron rod and the production site effective set of quality control methods. Practice has proved that, under the premise of ensuring the quality of castings, the use of some austenitizing normalizing process, the connecting rod of good toughness, the use of safe and reliable. The reasonableness of the current technical conditions is discussed. That ductile iron ductile is not pearlite, so too strict control of the amount of pearlite, obviously unreasonable. The technical specifications of the 95 series high speed diesel engine iron ball after heat treatment are as follows: 6_b greater than or equal to 70kg / mm ~ 2, δ_ (?) Greater than or equal to 2%, ak greater than or equal to 1.5kgfm / Cm ~ 2, HB230-280, Pearl volume greater than or equal to 70%.
