本文采用污垢热阻动态监测方法,考察了冷水硬度、温度、流速及几何参数对外螺旋槽管污垢特性的影响,结果表明:螺旋槽管参数对污垢热阻有显著影响,螺距最小的螺旋槽管具有最小的污垢热阻,当螺距增大时,污垢热阻的增长未出现单调变化;温度的升高导致污垢热阻的增大,并且随温度的升高,结垢速率增大,污垢诱导期趋于消失;随着流速的增大,螺旋槽管的污垢热阻出现了非单调变化。通过螺旋槽管与光管污垢热阻的对比,表明螺旋槽管具有一定的阻垢作用。
In this paper, the method of dynamic monitoring of fouling resistance was used to investigate the influence of hardness, temperature, flow rate and geometry parameters of fouling on the fouling characteristics of external spiral fluted tube. The results show that the parameters of spiral fluted tube have a significant effect on fouling resistance, With the smallest fouling resistance. When the pitch increases, the fouling resistance does not change monotonously. The increase of temperature leads to the increase of fouling resistance. With the increase of temperature, the fouling rate increases and the fouling induction Period tends to disappear; with the increase of flow rate, the fouling resistance of the spiral groove tube appears non-monotonous changes. Through the spiral tube and light pipe fouling thermal resistance comparison shows that the spiral groove tube has a certain scale inhibition.
