对2组各30名初三男生进行不同方法的训练,探索预先加难法对初三男生投掷实心球成绩的影响。研究结论:常规训练和预先加难法对初三学生投掷实心球提高都有明显帮助,预先加难法班学生实心球成绩提升明显好于常规训练班,预先加难法对投掷实心球成绩提升的帮助作用更大;预先加难法可在初三男生中考体育加试投实心球训练广泛采用。
30 pairs of 30 junior high school boys in two groups were trained in different ways to explore the effect of pre-addiction method on the throwing performance of the first three boys in solid ball. Conclusions: The conventional training and pre-empting method are obviously helpful to the throwing of solid ball in the first three days of junior high school. It is more difficult to improve the performance of the solid ball in French students in advance than the regular training class. Of the help role of a greater; pre-add to the law in the first three boys in the physical examination plus practice throw solid ball training widely used.
