煤矿提升系统井塔壁液压滑模,采用在塔壁混凝土内部设孔加热的方法进行冬期施工(简称拔管加热法),通过实践证明是切实可行的。黑龙江省鸡西矿城子河立井井塔采用上述方法施工,经多年观察,塔壁混凝土未出现因温度收缩造成的裂缝、脱落现象。一、施工方法城子河副井井塔平面尺寸为12×12m,壁厚25cm,塔全高42m。采用液压滑模,共设40个千斤顶,分成四组,千斤顶间距为1.1~1.3m。用12天滑完25.5m,平均滑升速度每天为2.12m。拔管加热法是在千斤顶
The coal mine lifts the hydraulic sliding mode of the system’s well tower wall and adopts the method of heating the hole inside the tower wall to carry out the winter construction (abbreviated as the method of extubation heating). It has been proved practically feasible by practice. The wells and towers of the Shazihe River in Jixi Mine of Heilongjiang Province were constructed using the above method. After many years of observation, there was no crack or shedding phenomenon caused by temperature shrinkage in the concrete of the tower wall. I. Construction Method The horizontal dimension of the Chengzihe auxiliary well tower is 12×12m, the wall thickness is 25cm, and the tower height is 42m. Using hydraulic sliding mode, a total of 40 jacks were set up and divided into four groups with a jack spacing of 1.1 to 1.3 m. After sliding 25.5m in 12 days, the average sliding speed is 2.12m per day. Extubation heating method is in the jack
