张绍园同志在《中国给水排水》1994年第2期上发表的“排水管网设计中最优方案的探讨”(简称“探讨”)一文中,主要对原PSG程序提出一个问题,即地面平坦或坡度小的情况下应当按照《给水排水设计手册》第5册中提出的最小计算充满度和不淤流速的标准(也称“后一种标准”)进行排水管网水力计算,因为它能降低管道埋深、施工费用和工程造价。本文拟从以下几个方面简要地回答这个问题。
Comrade Zhang Shaoyuan’s article “Discussion of the Optimal Scheme in Drainage Pipe Network Design” (“Exploration”) published in the “Water Supply and Drainage in China,” Issue 2, 1994, mainly poses a problem to the original PSG program, namely that the ground is flat or When the slope is small, the hydraulic calculation of the drainage pipe network should be carried out according to the minimum calculated fullness and the non-depositing flow rate standard (also referred to as “the latter standard”) proposed in Book 5 of the Water Supply and Drainage Design Manual, because it can reduce the Pipeline depth, construction costs and project cost. This article intends to briefly answer this question from the following aspects.
