近年来,中央及地方各级教育主管部门纷纷出台关于加快发展职业教育的政策文件,要求职业院校加快发展现代职业教育,深化校企合作、工学结合,培养生产、建设、服务、管理一线的应用型和技能型人才。总体来讲,需通过以培养实际应用型人才为目标,以学生就业能力为导向,通过不断发展并完善技能型教学体系,以行业为依托,加强与企业之间的沟通与合作,共建实训基地,注重识“双师型”师资队伍的建设与培养,同时有必要实行“双(或多)证书”的制度形式,不断提升与丰富“校企合作、资源共享”的办学模式,最终取得良好的教学成效。本文结合自身工作经验以及对“政校合作校企合作”的中职优质资源共享模式的认识,对其中的关键性问题进行论述,提出一些方法与建议。

Based on my own working experience and my understanding of the model of high quality vocational secondary vocational and intermediate resources sharing, this paper discusses some key issues and puts forward some methods and suggestions.
