目的:探讨肿瘤转移抑制基因-1(TMSG-1)及细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)在食管鳞癌(ESCC)中的表达及其与患者预后的关系。方法:采用SP免疫组化染色法检测136例ESCC及13例正常食管黏膜组织中TMSG-1及Cyclin D1蛋白的表达情况,分析二者与ESCC患者临床病理指标及预后的相关性。结果:(1)TMSG-1与Cyclin D1在ESCC中的阳性率分别为52.2%、65.4%,在正常食管黏膜中的阳性率则分别为100.00%、23.1%,差异具有显著性。(2)TMSG-1及Cyclin D1的异常表达均与ESCC组织学分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移相关。(3)TMSG-1及Cyclin D1在ESCC的表达呈负相关。(4)TMSG-1、Cyclin D1均是影响ESCC术后生存的独立因素。结论:TMSG-1与Cyclin D1的异常表达在ESCC的发生、发展中可能起协同作用,可作为较为理想的肿瘤标志物辅助判断患者预后并指导临床治疗。
Objective: To investigate the expression of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and its relationship with prognosis. Methods: The expression of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 in 136 cases of ESCC and 13 cases of normal esophageal mucosa were detected by SP immunohistochemical staining. The correlation between them and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of ESCC was analyzed. Results: (1) The positive rates of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 in ESCC were 52.2% and 65.4%, respectively. The positive rates of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 in normal esophageal mucosa were 100.00% and 23.1% respectively. The difference was significant. (2) Abnormal expression of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 were correlated with histological grade of ESCC, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. (3) The expression of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 in ESCC was negatively correlated. (4) TMSG-1, Cyclin D1 are independent factors that affect the survival of ESCC. CONCLUSION: Aberrant expression of TMSG-1 and Cyclin D1 may play a synergistic role in the development and progression of ESCC. They may be used as ideal tumor markers to help prognosis and guide clinical treatment.
