The opening of the Wen-Fu Railway and General Secretary Hu Jintao’s visit to Fujian Province brought new opportunities for the economic development of Ningde City in the east and especially the marine economy. From now on, we should combine our own characteristics and advantages and do a good job in marine resources development and protection.
