一九八二年七月六日至九日在南京进行了超声脉冲法探测混凝土内部缺陷和裂缝技术鉴定。会议由水利电力部科技司、水电建设总局主持。参加会议的有来自全国有关的科研、高等院校、设计、施工管理部门以及超声波仪器研制和生产部门共32个单位的40名代表。会上由南京水利科学研究所罗骐先工程师做了超声脉冲法探测混凝土内部缺陷和裂缝的总报告,同时提供6篇分报告供代表审查和讨论。
Ultrasonic pulse method was used to detect the internal defects and cracks of concrete in Nanjing from July 6 to July 9, 1982. Meeting by the Ministry of Science and Technology Ministry of Water Conservancy and Electric Power, Chaired by the General Administration of hydropower. Attending the meeting were 40 representatives from 32 research institutes, institutions of higher learning, design and construction administrations and research and production departments of ultrasonic instruments nationwide. At the meeting by the Nanjing Institute of Water Conservancy Engineer Luo Qi first ultrasonic pulse method to detect the total internal defects and cracks in the concrete report, while providing six sub-reports for review and discussion.
