生产实习是教学计划中一个重要的实践性教学环节,主要任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。针对传统生产实习模式下实习效果不佳的现状,基于CDIO理念对传统生产实习模式进行了改革研究与探讨,通过转变思想观念、激发内部动机、寻求新的管理模式、建立过程考核机制,以提高生产实习的质量和学生的综合素质。
Production internship is an important teaching practice in practical teaching, the main task is to train innovative and practical ability of senior professionals. Aiming at the current situation of poor internship in traditional production internship mode, this paper studied and discussed the reform of traditional production internship mode based on the concept of CDIO. By changing the concept, stimulating internal motivation, seeking new management mode and establishing process assessment mechanism, The quality of production internship and the overall quality of students.
