饲鸽者肺是养鸽者感染的一种特有的外源性过敏性肺泡炎(extrinsic allergic alveolitis)。国内少见报告。临床表现为慢性病程,低热、消瘦、乏力、咳嗽等非特异性症状及肺部X线改变。因此,容易误诊为其他呼吸系统疾病。本文报告3例误诊为粟粒型肺结核长达4～6个月,为引起同道重视,特报告如下。 1 病例报告【例1】男,7岁。以干咳、低热、消瘦盗汗2个月,于1984年5月就诊。既往健康,否认结核病及密切接触史。体温37.3～37.6℃,慢性病容,营养欠佳,呼吸平稳,全身浅在淋巴结不肿大,两肺呼吸音粗糙,未闻及干湿罗音,肝脾未扪及。WBC 7.8×10～9/L,杆状0.02,中性0。40,淋巴0.40,嗜酸0.08。ESR10mm/h,OT 1:2000(3次)、1:10～0(2次)均阴 The pigeon’s lungs are a type of extrinsic allergic alveolitis that infects pigeons.
