目的:分析我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药性情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用GNS-448、GNS-142及GPS-117药敏卡进行药敏试验,并按照NCCLS标准判断病原菌耐药性,统计抗菌药物用药频度(DDDS)及细菌耐药情况。结果:头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类和氨基糖苷类是我院使用的主要抗菌药物。耐药性较高的病原菌为大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和鲍曼不动杆菌。DDDS与细菌耐药率呈正相关。结论:合理使用及选用敏感抗菌药物临床意义重大。
Objective: To analyze the application of antibacterials and bacterial resistance in our hospital, and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The drug susceptibility test was conducted using GNS-448, GNS-142 and GPS-117 drug susceptibility cards. The drug resistance of pathogens was evaluated according to the NCCLS standard. The DDDS and bacterial resistance were measured. Results: Cephalosporins, quinolones, penicillins and aminoglycosides are the main antibacterials used in our hospital. The most resistant pathogens were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Staphylococcus aureus and Acinetobacter baumannii. DDDS and bacterial resistance rate was positively correlated. Conclusion: The rational use and selection of sensitive antimicrobial agents are of great clinical significance.
