用10个具有恢复基因的粳稻品种与5个粳稻雄性不育系进行双列杂交,研究恢复度的配合力。结果表明:各恢源间和各不育系间在恢复度的配合力方面存在差异。恢源品种中红壳老鼠牙的一般配合力最好,其次为阿诺塔马若,CP_(231)。不育系中L型桂早生A的一般配合力最好,其次为L型72-7A,BT型六千辛A。特殊配合力好的组合有L72-7A/CP_(231),L桂早生A/克罗沙,L桂早生A/CP_(231),BT六千辛A/黄酒谷等。 环境条件对粳稻雄性不育恢复基因的表达有一定影响。大致趋势是:(1)在海南冬季不恢的组合,在南京正季可能不恢,也可能表现弱恢至恢复;(2)海南冬季恢的,南京正季也恢;(3)同在南京不同年份间组合的恢复能力基本一致。
Ten combinations of japonica rice with restorer gene and five japonica male sterile lines were used to study the combining ability of recovery degree. The results showed that there was difference in the combining ability of restoring degree among the restoring sources and between sterile lines. The common combining ability of the red shell mouse teeth was the best among the restoring sources, followed by Arnold Tamaru, CP_ (231). The general combining ability of L-type early-aged male sterile line A was the best in CMS line, followed by L-72-7A and BT6000-A. The best combining ability was L72-7A / CP 231, L Guizao A / Croda, L Guizao A / CP 231, BT Liuqianxin A / Huangjiugu and so on. Environmental conditions have an effect on the expression of male sterile restorer gene in japonica rice. The general trend is: (1) The combination of non-restoration of winter in Hainan may not resume in the positive season of Nanjing and may also show weak recovery to recovery; (2) The recovery of winter in Nanjing will also resume in the forth season in Nanjing; (3) The recovery ability of the combinations in different years in Nanjing is basically the same.
