随着新课改的实施与推广,还原学生学习地位的呼声越来越高,其实践的一个重要瓶颈就是学生作为独立的个体有着不同层次的认知水平和接收能力,还有着自己的个性和认知规律。这就要求我们在教学实践中,一定要从学生的实际学情出发,认真分析他们的认知规律和学习态度。在以生为本的新课改精神感召下,我们要认真分析每位学生的认知规律和学习态度,然后再结合教学内容设置相应的个性化学习指导方案,只有这样才能真正实现还原学生学习的主体地位,才能充分激发学生自主探索和学习的潜力,保障课堂教学优质、高效、可持续发展。
