恩格斯在《反杜林论》中的著名论断“文化上的每一个进步,都是迈向自由的一步”,既阐明了文化的先进性标志,又指出了文化发展的动态性质。文化是由历史积淀而成,社会生活发展变化的终极必定是形成文化的变化,推动文化的发展。先进的文化始终呈不竭发展前进的状态,这是文化运动的客观规律。半个世纪来,少先队文化伴随新中国成立后社会主义建设的风雨历程,走进了中华民族伟大复兴的新时代,引导一代少年儿童为实现全面小康社会的宏伟目标,全面准备。这是今日少先队文化的时代强音。
Engels’s famous thesis in Anti-Duhring: “Every progress in culture is a step towards freedom.” It not only expounds the mark of the advanced nature of culture, but also points out the dynamic nature of cultural development. Culture is formed by historical accumulation. The ultimate must be the formation of cultural changes and the promotion of cultural development. Advanced culture has always been an inexhaustible state of development, which is the objective law of cultural movement. Over the past half century, the pioneering culture accompanying the stormy course of socialist construction after the founding of New China has entered a new era of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and guided the younger generation of children in comprehensive preparations for the grand goal of realizing an overall well-to-do society. This is the strong voice of the younger pioneer culture today.
