EPC总承包模式指的是总承包企业对建筑设工程的设计环节、采购环节、施工环节全权负责,确保工程造价、质量以及工期等内容符合相关合同要求,从而向业主提供满足合同要求及业主需求建设工程的一种承包模式。在这种模式下,建设工程责任主体较明确,而且工程中的各个环节都较为统一,能够较好保障工程安全。本文主要以EPC总承包模式作为研究对象,对CRC总承包模式的项目管理要点进行了深入分析,并从工程设计、工程采购、工程施工三方面对具体管理内容进行了阐述,提出了一些建议。

This article mainly takes the EPC general contracting mode as the research object, deeply analyzes the project management essentials of the CRC general contracting mode, and elaborates the specific management contents from the aspects of engineering design, project procurement and construction, and puts forward some suggestions.
