随着神经电生理理论、方法的不断发展和完善,视觉诱发电位技术作为一种检测视路异常的敏感方法,现已比较完善。而视觉诱发电位地形图(VEP-M)既具有视觉诱发电位的波形又具有直观的地形图,它对视觉通路、视皮层中枢的功能障碍可客观、早期显示出异常,对后视路周围脑区病变也可通过视诱发地形图显示出皮层功能的改变。现将我院近年来资料完整的40例脑梗塞患者的VEP-M的表现报道如下。
