随着经济社会改革的不断深入,人才之于企业发展的作用越来明显。想要成为行业的领军者,必须拥有优秀的人才作支撑。而一个富于竞争力的薪酬体系无疑是企业留住人才、吸引人才的一大法宝。然而目前,企业薪酬管理中存在着诸多问题,基本薪酬设置僵化、可变薪酬分配不合理等一系列问题制约着企业员工积极性的提高,一定程度上阻碍着企业发展。如何建立一个科学有效的薪酬体系,对于企业的发展至关重要。
