目的探讨2010—2015年普兰店区食物中毒的特征及原因,为科学有效地预防和控制食物中毒发生提供理论依据。方法对普兰店区2010—2015年发生的24起食物中毒事故调查资料进行整理分析。结果 2010—2015年普兰店区共发生了24起食物中毒,食物中毒患者达576例,其中2011年食物中毒事件发生起数最多,2014年食物中毒人数为最多;普兰店区的食物中毒事件多发生于5~9月份;普兰店区集体食堂发生食物中毒起数最多,餐饮业次之;普兰店区2010—2015年共发生细菌性食物中毒14起,食物中毒起数与食物中毒人数居首位;在不同食物中毒致病因素中,副溶血性弧菌发生食物中毒起数和中毒人数为最多;普兰店区2010—2015年发生食物中毒的中毒食物中,以动物类食物为主,发生食物中毒起数和中毒人数最多。结论普兰店区食物中毒形式依然严峻,为了预防食物中毒对广大人民群众身体健康和生命财产造成的危害,应加大对食物中毒的预防控制工作,加强食品卫生安全工作,有效减少和杜绝食物中毒的发生。
Objective To explore the characteristics and causes of food poisoning in Pulandian district from 2010 to 2015, and to provide a theoretical basis for the scientific and effective prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods The survey data of 24 food poisoning incidents occurred in Pulandian District from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed. Results A total of 24 food poisoning cases and 576 food poisoning cases occurred in Pulandian District during 2010-2015. Among them, the highest number of food poisoning incidents occurred in 2011 and the highest was food poisoning in 2014; more food poisoning incidents occurred in Pulandian District Occurred in May to September; Pulandian district canteens most likely to occur food poisoning, catering industry second; Pulandian District, 2010-2015, a total of 14 cases of bacterial food poisoning, food poisoning and food poisoning count Bit; in different food poisoning pathogenic factors, Vibrio parahaemolyticus occurrence of food poisoning and the highest number of poisoning; Pulandian District 2010-2015 food poisoning poisoning of food, mainly animal food, occurred The highest number of food poisoning and poisoning. Conclusion The form of food poisoning in Pulandian district is still severe. In order to prevent the harm caused by food poisoning to the health and life and property of the general public, we should increase the prevention and control of food poisoning, strengthen the food hygiene and safety, effectively reduce and eliminate food poisoning happened.
