经济学比较优势理论认为,欠发达地区能否实现经济持续增长,最重要的因素是能否制定发挥比较优势的发展战略。与周边地区相比,重庆拥有区位条件优越、工业基础雄厚、人才相对富集、市场辐射面广、交通运输便利等独特优势,是进一步扩大开放,大力发展内陆开放型经济的有利条件。
According to the theory of comparative advantage in economics, the most important factor for whether the underdeveloped regions can achieve sustained economic growth is whether they can formulate development strategies that give play to comparative advantages. Compared with the surrounding areas, Chongqing has the unique advantages of favorable location, strong industrial base, relatively abundant human resources, wide market radiation and convenient transportation and transportation. This is a favorable condition for further expanding opening up and vigorously developing the inland open economy.
