交通、建筑及自然灾害所致创伤时有发生,严重创伤后发生低氧血症可达90%~[1],组织缺氧状态持续时间过长,将导致不可逆的损害及内环境紊乱,引发一系列的链式病理生理过程,进而发展为多器官功能衰竭,最终导致死亡。低氧血症能否在短时间内得到纠正,决定患者的预后,因其伤情的发生发展与转归受到缺氧病理生理改变的影响,在缺氧的高原地区,体现得尤其重要。现总结我院急诊科救治创伤后低氧血症经验,为其救治提供一定
