中国农科院原子能利用研究所微生物室等四单位,自1963年起,于筛选内吸抗菌素过程中获得一株No.23-16放线菌,及其代谢产物——多效霉素(M)。菌株经过分离培养,以及形态特征、培养特性和生理生化的测定,并与近似菌株作了系统比较,确定No.23-16为放线菌的一个新变种,定名为不吸水链霉菌白灰变种(Streptomyces ahygroscopi-cus var.incanus n.var)。利用多效霉素(M)的混合浓缩液或膏剂、粉剂防治橡胶树割面条溃疡病的效果达80~100%,类似“溃疡净”,而优于放线酮和敌菌丹农药。同时,对
