放射性脑病(RBD)是头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗中较严重的并发症.本研究自1992年3月至1996年12月应用脑细胞活性因子治疗鼻咽癌放疗后产生放射性脑病的病人22例,以单用地塞米松治疗的病人20例为对照组,观察两组治疗后病灶情况,症状缓解情况,以及2年生存率、生存质量随访情况.经临床观察发现治疗组比对照组单用抑制变态反应药物有效率提高45%(P<0.05),且使症状明显缓解,生活质量改善,2年生存率提高.本文分析了RBD的产生机理主要是放射使神经细胞膜脱髓鞘,引起神经细胞破坏,产生血管破坏阻塞,脑内血运紊乱,致脑梗塞、坏死,而脑细胞活性因子含有多种生物活性因子,其中神经生长因子(NGF)可促进神经生成分化,刺激脑细胞生长,调整神经内分泌功能,并可抑制肿瘤有丝分裂,促其向良性分化.本文还建议应对放
Radioactive encephalopathy (RBD) is a serious complication in radiotherapy of head and neck malignancy. In this study, from March 1992 to December 1996, 22 patients with radiation encephalopathy were treated with radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma using brain cell active factors.
