目的了解2005-2008年云南省大理州疾病预防控制中心直接管理的各类学校、幼儿园食堂餐饮具卫生状况。方法对2005-2008年学校餐饮单位餐饮具卫生检测资料进行分析。结果2005-2008年共抽检样品1248份,合格1064份,合格率为85.26%。4年间合格率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),各类学校餐食(饮)具合格率幼儿园最高,为93.15%;中专学校最低,为80.82%;差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)小型餐具的合格率高于大型餐具的合格率。蒸汽、煮沸消毒的效果要好于化学消毒剂。结论应继续加强州属学校特别是中专学校餐饮单位餐饮具消毒的监督监测工作。
Objective To understand the health status of tableware in all kinds of schools and kindergartens directly managed by CDC in 2005-2008. Methods The health inspection data of catering units in 2005-2008 school catering units were analyzed. Results A total of 1248 samples were sampled from 2005 to 2008, 1064 samples were passed, with a pass rate of 85.26%. (P <0.01). The passing rate of meals in all kinds of schools was the highest (93.15%) and the lowest was in secondary schools (80.82%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01) Small tableware pass rate higher than the large tableware pass rate. Steam, boiling disinfection better than chemical disinfectants. Conclusions Should continue to strengthen the supervision and monitoring of tableware disinfection catering units in state schools, especially in secondary schools.
