以南水北调东线工程睢宁二站为例,建立了泵站整体混凝土温度应力三维有限元分析模型,运用非线性有限元软件ADINA分析其混凝土底板冬季施工期温度和应力变化规律与开裂机理,研究了表面保温措施对底板混凝土温度和应力的影响。结果表明,草垫养护保温措施降低了冬季施工期泵站底板混凝土的内外温差,减小了混凝土表面拉应力,防止了表面裂缝的产生。
Taking the Second Nanjing-to-North Water Transfer Project as an example, a three-dimensional finite element model of temperature stress of integral concrete in pumping station was established. By using the nonlinear finite element software ADINA, the changing law and cracking mechanism of concrete floor temperature and stress in winter were studied. Effect of surface insulation measures on temperature and stress of floor concrete. The results show that the measures of keeping warm and keeping the grass mat reduce the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pump floor concrete in the winter construction period, reducing the tensile stress on the concrete surface and preventing the surface cracks.
