本文对上海县接种乙脑疫苗进行了费用效益分析。结果表明:接种乙脑疫苗不仅降低了乙脑发病率,而且通过减少病人在经济建设中也起着积极作用。1981—86年,上海县接种乙脑疫苗费用共为60638元,平均每年为10106元;总效益为268050元,平均每年为44675元;总净效益为207412元,平均每年为34569元。每减少一例乙脑发病费用为156元,效益为689元,净效益为533元。费用效益比为1:4.42。1981—86年共避免乙脑发病389例,平均每年为65。
In this paper, cost-benefit analysis of Shanghai JE Vaccine was conducted. The results showed that vaccination with JE vaccine not only reduced the incidence of Japanese encephalitis but also played an active role in economic construction by reducing the number of patients. In 1981-86, the total cost of JE vaccine in Shanghai was 60,638 yuan, an average of 10,066 yuan per year. The total benefit was 268,050 yuan, an average of 44,675 yuan per year. The total net benefit was 207,412 yuan, an average of 34,069 yuan per year. The cost of one case of JE decreased by 156 yuan, the benefit was 689 yuan, and the net benefit was 533 yuan. The cost-effectiveness ratio was 1: 4. 42. A total of 389 cases of encephalitis were avoided in 1981-86, averaging 65 per year.
