目的:比较不同产地及不同采收期山楂叶及山里红叶的IR光谱图,借以研究山楂叶种间及不同产地差异。方法:文章将产于本溪(山里红叶)、辽阳(山里红叶)、沈阳(山楂叶)的从6月到10月间不同采收期的山楂叶及山里红叶进行溴化钾压片,分别测定其红外光谱。结果:山楂叶及山里红叶的成分及含量随着产地及采收期的不同有着差异。结论:不同产地及不同采收期山楂叶及山里红叶IR光谱研究提示种间成分存在着差异,而同种不同产地IR无明显变化。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the IR spectra of hawthorn leaves and mountain red leaves at different harvesting and harvesting periods in order to study the differences between the species and origin of hawthorn leaves. Methods: The leaves of Hawthorn and the leaves in the mountain were collected from Benxi (Hongye alpine), Liaoyang (Hongye shanhong) and Shenyang (Hawthorn leaves) from June to October at different harvest times. Its infrared spectrum. Results: The content and content of hawthorn leaf and mountain red leaf vary with the origin and harvest time. Conclusion: IR spectra of hawthorn leaves and mountain red leaves in different producing areas and different harvesting periods suggest that the interspecific composition is different, while there is no significant change in the IR of the same origin.
