目的 评价无张力阴道吊带术 (tension freevaginaltape,TVT)治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。 方法 总结采用TVT术治疗女性压力性尿失禁 2 0例的临床资料。 结果 平均手术时间2 6 .5min。拔除尿管后 ,19例病人控尿满意 ,1例仍有轻微尿失禁。术后平均随访 12 (3～ 2 4 )个月 ,2 0例病人均无尿失禁。合并症有 1例膀胱穿孔 ,1例术后轻度排尿不畅 ,2例尿频尿急。 结论 TVT术操作简便快捷 ,创伤小 ,合并症少 ,术后康复快 ,是一种治疗女性压力性尿失禁的理想方法
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tension free vaginal tape (TVT) in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of female stress urinary incontinence treated with TVT were summarized. Results The average operation time was 26.5min. After removing the catheter, 19 patients were satisfied with urine control, and 1 patient still had slight urinary incontinence. After an average follow-up of 12 (3 ~ 24) months, 20 patients had no urinary incontinence. 1 case of complications of bladder perforation, 1 case of poor postoperative urination, urinary urgency 2 cases. Conclusions TVT is an ideal method for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence in women with simple and quick operation, less trauma, less comorbidities and quick postoperative recovery
