2006年12月11日,是中国正式加入世界贸易组织5周年纪念日。不少专家和学者把中国走过的这5年历程称为中国入世后的过渡期,认为是机遇和挑战并存的一个重要时期。事实证明,“狼来了”非但没有给我们带来灾难,就连入世前人们普遍担心会遭受灭顶之灾的汽车业也实现了结构性产业升级和发展,我国的对外开放水平和经济发展水平,无论在速度上还是在质量上都达到了历史最好水平。入世5年来,中国和世界众多国家和地区在经济上已经形成了你中有我、我中有你的相互交融的状态--中国的“经济全球化时代”已经来临。
December 11, 2006 was the fifth anniversary of China’s formal accession to the World Trade Organization. Many experts and scholars have referred to China’s five-year history as a transitional period after China’s accession to the WTO, arguing that it is an important period in which both opportunities and challenges coexist. Facts have proved that “the wolf has come” has not only brought disaster to us. Even before the accession to the WTO, people generally feared that the automobile industry that suffered extreme destruction also achieved structural industrial upgrading and development. Our country’s level of opening up and economy The level of development has reached the best level in history both in terms of speed and quality. In the five years since China’s accession to the WTO, many countries and regions in China and the world have formed a state of mutual harmony among you and me, and China’s “economic globalization era” has arrived.
