用道德和良知的底线去规矩科学研究也许符合伦理的要求,但以之约束科技的应用显然不符合现实的逻辑。科学家的发明如何被用上正途,不是科学家的事情,而是社会的事情。要保证科学成果不反过来伤害人类,除了道德层面的制约,更需要动用各种力量来监管、检测,甚至动用国家机器来惩处违反者。 Using the bottom line of ethics and conscience rules science may meet ethical requirements, but the application of technology that binds it clearly does not fit the logic of reality. How scientists’ inventions are used upright is not a matter for scientists, but a social one. To ensure that scientific achievements do not adversely affect human beings, apart from moral constraints, more efforts are needed to regulate, detect and even punish violators by using state machines.
