目的评价桂林市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病高危行为干预效果,为预防控制艾滋病传播提供科学依据。方法通过建立MSM人群活动室、深入MSM人群酒吧、发展同伴教育及MSMQQ群网络信息联系等方式,以桂林市MSM活动室、酒吧中的男男性行为人群为干预及调查对象,开展为期1年的艾滋病高危行为干预、宣传活动,干预前后采用国家统一使用的《MSM健康调查问卷(Ⅲ)》对目标人群进行问卷调查以分析干预效果。结果共调查问卷干预前315人,干预后346人。干预后调查对象对大多数艾滋病相关知识掌握情况有了显著提高(P<0.05)。干预后目标人群发生同性或异性性行为时每次使用安全套比例有显著性差异(P<0.05);干预后目标人群接受艾滋病病毒咨询和检测的比例亦有明显的提高(P=0.000)。在自我评估性取向、是否与男性发生肛交行为、性伴数等3个方面有一定的改善,但改变不大,干预前后差异无统计学意义((P>0.05)。结论建立MSM人群活动室、以MSM人群的活动场所为切入点、取得场所业主支持和配合、依靠同伴教育和目标人群QQ群信息联系等方式开展男男性行为人群宣传干预,其措施是有效的。
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of high risk behaviors of MSM in Guilin and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of AIDS transmission. Methods Through the establishment of MSM crowd activity room, in-depth MSM crowd bar, development of peer education and MSMQQ group network information connection and so on, with MSM activity room in Guilin, the bar of men who have sex with men as the intervention and investigation object, to carry out a one-year HIV / AIDS risk behavior interventions, publicity campaigns, and questionnaire surveys of the target population before and after the intervention using the “MSM Health Questionnaire (Ⅲ)” uniformly used by the state to analyze the intervention effect. Results A total of 315 questionnaires before intervention, 346 after intervention. After intervention, most of the respondents had a significant increase in knowledge of AIDS (P <0.05). There was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the proportion of condom use among the target groups after the intervention in same-sex or heterosexual activities. The percentage of HIV-infected patients who received HIV counseling and testing after the intervention was also significantly increased (P = 0.000). (P0.05) .Conclusion The establishment of MSM crowd’s activity room (P0.05) has no significant difference in self-evaluation orientation, anal intercourse with males and sexual partner, , MSM crowd of places of activities as a starting point to obtain the support and cooperation of the owners of the venue, relying on peer education and target groups QQ group information links and other methods to carry out male sex workers in publicity intervention, the measures are effective.
