今年八月间,党中央政治局扩大会议提出的“今年钢产翻一番”的号召,现在已经胜利地实现了。在全党全民大办钢铁工业,大中小并举,土洋结合的正确方针指导下,全国人民展开了史无前例的大规模的炼铁、炼钢运动,光荣的、提前地完成了1070万吨钢的任务。这是以钢为纲,全面跃进的方针政策的胜利,是在党的建设社会主义总路线的光辉照耀下六亿人民的辉煌战果。
