本文针对中国服务外包产业升级中存在的主要创新问题,立足于承接商创新战略的视角,在国内外相关文献梳理的基础上,剖析了承接商两类不同的创新对承接商绩效的差异性影响,并深入探讨了发包商创新在其中所扮演的差异性调节作用,然后通过对178家外包企业的问卷调研和深度访谈数据进行了实证分析。本文发现:服务外包承接商企业的市场创新和技术创新均能有效提升承接商企业的绩效水平,但影响不尽相同;发包商创新性与上述两类创新均存在显著的交互作用,但方向却完全相反,即发包商创新会促进承接商企业的市场创新对其绩效水平提升的影响,而承接商通过技术创新对其绩效水平的提升作用则会被发包商创新性所弱化。
Aiming at the major innovation problems in the upgrading of China’s service outsourcing industry, based on the perspectives of undertaking innovation strategy, this paper analyzes the different effects of two different types of innovation on the undertaker’s performance on the basis of domestic and foreign literature review , And explored in depth the contradictory regulatory role played by the contractor’s innovations in it. After that, this paper empirically analyzes the questionnaire and in-depth interview data of 178 outsourcing enterprises. This paper finds that both market innovation and technological innovation of service outsourcing undertaker can effectively improve the performance level of undertaking firms, but the impact is not the same. The innovativeness of the contractor has significant interaction with the above two types of innovation, but the direction On the whole, contractor innovation will promote the impact of undertaking enterprise market innovation on the improvement of its performance level, and the undertaker’s enhancement of its performance level through technological innovation will be weakened by the contractor’s innovation.
